we said drop 1 was the beginning. here's what we meant.
every piece in this drop started as a question — what do you put on something you actually want to wear forever? not a logo slapped on a blank. a garment first. heavyweight cotton, boxy cut, the kind of tee that holds its shape after the hundredth wash.
then the art. the graphic lives on the back — that's deliberate. it's not a badge on your chest shouting a name. it's something you carry with you, something the person behind you sees. sleyte·studio on the front, small. the work on the back, full.
we kept it tight on purpose. a few pieces, three colours, done properly. we'd rather make ten things we'd wear ourselves than fifty we wouldn't. every piece earns its place or it doesn't make the drop.
