Refund policy
we want you to love what you receive. if something isn't right, we'll take care of it.
returns window
you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
after this period, we are unable to accept returns.
this does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to cancel under the consumer contracts regulations 2013.
condition
items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
we may reduce the refund amount if an item is returned used or damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
how to initiate a return
to start a return, contact us at support@sleyte.com with your order number and reason for return.
please wait for confirmation before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return address.
please note: return postage is paid by the customer and is non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
exchanges
we do not offer exchanges at this time.
if you require a different size or item, please place a new order.
return shipping
return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
we recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process refunds for returns lost in transit without proof of postage.
refunds
refunds are processed once your return has been received and inspected.
if approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
faulty or incorrect items
if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at support@sleyte.com as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of delivery — including your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
in line with the consumer rights act 2015, you have 30 days from delivery to reject a faulty item for a full refund, and further remedies may be available after that period.
non-returnable items
the following items cannot be returned:
— gift cards
— any item returned used or damaged beyond reasonable inspection
sale items can be returned in line with this policy and your statutory rights.
